My main goal as owner of TPH is to provide a personal boutique shopping experience that leaves you feeling confident & excited about your purchase(s)! I'm intentional about providing outstanding customer service & I hope that it shows! I know you have choices when shopping and I’m so grateful for your business! THANK YOU!

RETURNS/REFUNDS: I hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you, please send it back for a refund! The most common reason for a return is that an item does not fit. I highly encourage you to try on your new item(s) as soon as you receive your package.

TPH Return Policy: TPH PERMITS RETURNS RECEIVED BACK WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date of the original delivery confirmation for a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are a few requirements to note with the item(s) you wish to return:

  • Items must be in original condition; No make-up or deodorant marks, free of smells (perfume, oils, cigarette, deodorant, detergent), un-altered, unwashed, and free of pet hair.
  • If your item(s) arrive with tags attached, TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED when we receive your return!
  • Be sure your items are not FINAL SALE items (see below)!
  • As soon as we receive the item and it is confirmed to be in original condition, we will issue you a full refund. You choose how that refund is given - store credit or refund to your original payment method.

PLEASE READ!! A 25% restocking fee will be charged for eligible item(s) (per policy above) returned 15-20 days after receipt of delivery and your refund will be issued as a store credit. Attempted Returns 21-30 days from receipt of delivery will be charged a minimum 50% restock fee and we will issue store credit for the remainder of the refund. If a return exceeds the policy timeframe and we no longer have the ability to process the return, we will return to sender (if shipped USPS) or donate to the local women's shelter (if shipped FedEx or UPS). Final Sale items are just that, final. NO EXCEPTIONS; thank you for understanding.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We accept reasonable replacement/refund requests submitted within one week (7 days) from delivery confirmation. If we can replace your item, we will. If we cannot, you will be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES: If you are wishing to exchange an item, you will need to purchase the new size/item(s) you are wanting and pay for that new item. Once we receive the item you wish to return, you will be refunded per above.
